We do not accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons including serious Health & Sanitation Issues, this is not just our policy..its the law!.

We Do Not accept returns on Multimedia items such DVDs and Videos from your customer unless factory sealed.

Return Policy: There is a 10 day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
  
• Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
  
• No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.
  
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
  
• Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items.
  
• We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.
  
• We generally do not believe in charging restocking fees, however, to protect adult-wholesale.com against abuse of this policy, We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 15%) at our discretion.
